A member of our community has nominated Louise Bourassa, aged 75, from Victoria, Australia for an Intention of the Week. Here is her story:
‘After suffering with pneumonia last year, Louise was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
‘She is taking anticoagulant medicine to diminish risk of stroke.
‘She will have a cardioversion on Friday May 1 this procedure is an attempt to bring back the normal rhythm of the heart.’
