Part One

Six Recorded Sessions + Think Yourself Young Groups

Each Friday for six weeks, starting June 19, you’ll gain access to a 45–60-minute lesson to work through at your own pace.

From Week 2 onward, you’ll also meet regularly with your Think Yourself Young Group
a small, carefully matched group in your age range and time zone.

Think Yourself Young Groups are small, guided immersions designed to help your mind—and body—experience a younger reality.

Together, you’ll:

  • Recreate the environment, conversations and mindset of your younger years
  • Engage with music, memories, and shared timelines
  • Practice “counterclockwise” techniques in a deeply experiential way

This is where the shift becomes real.

Live Mentoring Session

After the lessons, join Lynne for a live two-hour integration session:

  • Practice techniques of the entire course in real time
  • Ask questions

THINK YOURSELF YOUNG

What is it?
THINK YOURSELF YOUNG is a 7-session in-depth transformational recorded and live online course, led by internationally bestselling author and intention guru Lynne McTaggart, to use your thoughts your youthfulness, longevity.  Every Friday,  starting June 19 through July 24, you’ll gain access to a weekly recorded session course recorded by Lynne with ground-breaking information and experiential work.

After session 2 you will be placed in a Think Yourself Young group (in your age and a friendly time-zone) , to carry out special ageless techniques together for the rest of the course.  Lynne will then meet with you for a two-hour session to answer questions, carry out more exercises and more.

Why is this different from other longevity courses
Virtually all courses on longevity focus on the body alone. In this course you will learn that thoughts are one of the greatest drivers of ageing and how changing your thoughts, as well as your lifestyle, has been proven to turn back the clock. You’ll also learn the best practices in every area of your life to become ageless.

Who is it for?
This course is for you if you want to extend your longevity, improve your mindset about ageing and truly turn back the clock. It’s also a good follow-on for people who have taken Lynne’s intention courses, particularly The Intention Masterclass or Intention Essentials, or for those familiar with spiritual teachings or Lynne’s work. For newcomers, we offer an optional 8-part recorded course, The Power of Eight®, to help you prepare.
