A member of our community has nominated John Houston, aged 73, from Washington, USA for an Intention of the Week. Here is his story:
‘My friend John was diagnosed about seven years ago with a slow-growing form of leukemia that, for many years, required little or no treatment.
‘Recently, however, his condition has changed, and his white blood cell count is now very high.
‘He is due to begin treatment in September. Please hold John in your thoughts and intentions for healing, strength and a positive response to his treatment.’
