Please help to heal his sarcoma. Terry Brock, aged 45, from Boston, Massachusetts, has been diagnosed with sarcoma – soft tumors in the skin of the legs and feet that have been resistant to two types of chemotherapy. Currently, he says, he has two active lesions on the mid-calf of his right leg. He also has developed osteoporosis from both the cancer and its treatments, suffering four compression fractures of the spine. He has a history of deep vein thrombosis with a pulmonary embolism that has since resolved. He also has, he says, "persistent red skin of the face that is so pronounced at times that complete strangers will mention it to me("You need to get out of the sun." "Oh my, you are really burned!"). It is a side effect of the chemotherapy and is related to chronic inflammation."
