A member of our community has nominated Kashima Rose, aged 7, from Chicago, in the US for an Intention of the Week. Here is her story:

Kashima has ‘a non-progressive neurological condition present at birth where the cerebellum is underdeveloped.

‘Kashima’s motor skills are delayed. She is still unable to speak and stand and walk on her own.’
