A member of our community has nominated Gerrie van den Broek, aged 76, from Helmond, Netherlands for an Intention of the Week. Here is his story:
‘Gerrie has frontotemporal dementia (FTD), a progressive neurodegenerative disorder that primarily affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain, leading to changes in behavior, personality, language, and sometimes movement.’
