A member of our community, Suzanne Gorley, aged 72, from Ottawa, Canada has nominated herself for an Intention of the Week. Here is her story:
‘A fall down the stairs in 2025 resulted in a broken toe (left big toe), making it difficult to walk normally. Three or four weeks later, there was severe pain and swelling in the left knee, eventually diagnosed as a moderate baker’s cyst. There may or may not be injury to the miniscus. After two and a half months, there is still some pain, swelling, inflammation and difficulty walking.’
