A member of our community, Sónia Varandas Mestre Matinhos, aged 47, from Algarve, Portugal has nominated herself for an Intention of the Week. Here is her story:
‘In 2022, I had cancer in my left breast. I went through all the treatments and was cured. In 2024, metastases appeared in my liver, and I am currently undergoing treatment.’
