A member of our community has nominated Oliver BiemGarrido, aged 61, from Munich, Germany for an Intention of the Week. Here is his story:
‘In December 2024 Oliver started having a lot of colds, high fevers and felt very tired and weak.
‘In June 2025, Oliver was diagnosed with ALM (acute myeloblastic leukemia). Two in-patient chemotherapies followed. Tomorrow, October 11, 2025, he will receive a bone marrow stem cell transplantation by transfusion.’
