A member of our community, Jennifer Sterner, aged 34, from Glimåkra, Sweden has nominated herself for an Intention of the Week. Here is her story:
‘I am suffering with fibrosing alopecia, which is thought to be an autoimmune condition that causes hair loss and a receding hair line, and I have become suicidal because of it. I’m fighting these feelings for the sake of my three kids. The doctors argue it is permanent, but it is worth a shot to try to heal it or make it stop (I’m wearing wigs in the picture).
