Remember Bertha Nidia Zapata? She was one of our Intentions of the Week on June 9, 2019.
Bertha, aged 68, of Cartago, Colombia had been diagnosed with phantom limb pain, following an amputation on both legs. As a result, Bertha’s entire body was in chronic pain and discomfort; like her back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and hips. She was also diagnosed as a type 1 diabetes patient, relying on daily doses of insulin. Furthermore, due to all of this stress her bowel was constantly irritated and suffered from gastritis.Bertha’s daughter, Diana wrote us recently to report that:
“After the session She felt better for a little while... after that she went back to her normal self of pain and inflammation, so basically, she went back to what’s familiar to her, her old identity. however, what started to shift was her outlook on life and gradually started seeing things in a new light and started talking about things she hadn’t expressed before. I think the door that the power of eight opened for her was the release of energy that invited her to let go of so many difficult hardships of her past and I’m very happy to tell you that she no longer suffers from irritable bowel and gastritis which before used to be an everyday situation and also she no longer needs insulin to treat her diabetes. She still experiences a lot of pain on her shoulder and her back, but I am confident that she will continue to heal as she continues to understand and forgive her past in a more compassionate way.
Thank you so much for opening the door to this path of transformation and healing.
“Keep up the amazing work that you do!” she said.
Your thoughts and prayers are having an extraordinary effect on our Intentions of the Week. Keep them coming!
