Lauralyn Bunn from our community has nominated her daughter, Wendy Gans, age 28, from Miami Florida, to help her overcome chronic disabling hip, low back, SI joint and groin pain from a failed hip surgery 18 months ago. Here’s the story, as told by Lauralyn:
“Wendy underwent a hip labral repair and FAI surgery (reshaping of her femoral neck and acetabulum) in November 2017. She was in graduate school at the time, completing her studies as a registered dietitian nutritionist. She was an avid snow boarder, mountain biker, yoga instructor and hiker. The surgery promised to have her back fully repaired and pain free. Unfortunately, shortly after the surgery she became progressively worse, developing pain in areas she had not experienced before.
“In the last 19 months she has been to numerous surgeons and doctors with no clear explanation as to what happened, and her pain levels are such that she cannot perform many of her normal daily functions.
“Wendy has enthusiastic plans to start an organic baby food company and provide functional nutrition counseling to new moms and babies. She also wants to be a contributing member of her yoga community. Her pain levels and limited movement make it impossible for her to participate at this time.
“Since she finished school she has had to move back home because she cannot work a normal job. Despite numerous therapies every week, her pain levels and disfunction have only seen minor improvements.
“She has recently found a surgeon in Vail, Colorado that she feels may be able to help her and is scheduled for a revision surgery of her hip in August 2019.
“I am a certified healing touch practitioner and I participated in Lynne’s original Hilton Head, South Carolina Germination Intention Experiment while attending the conference. I have followed her work and writings since that time.
“I started a small Power of Eight group here, and my daughter is a member. We have only met about six times. Some of the other members of the group have had major shifts in their lives and intentions. Wendy feels blessed from the work of our small group here, but unfortunately, she has not had any of her pain and disability shift.”
Please hold the following intention on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 10:00 am Pacific US time/1:00 pm Eastern US/6:00 pm UK/7:00 pm Europe:
‘Our intention is that Wendy Gans be immediately, permanently and completely healed of all pain, dysfunction and disability in her right hip, low back, SI joint and groin region, that her upcoming surgery be fully successful and her rehabilitation allow her to be strong, pain free and able to return to normal living, and that she be healthy and well in every way.’
