Who is this course for?  This foundation course covers all the important fundamentals of intention, alone and in small Power of Eight groups.

It’s designed for those who have never taken a course with Lynne McTaggart before, including those who have read her books.

And even if you have taken courses from other spiritual leaders, it’s recommended that you take this course with Lynne and learn how to use these unique techniques, which have been demonstrated, through scientific studies and thousands of individual case studies, to be a proven route to success.

INTENTION ESSENTIALS, which contains in-depth content about the fundamentals, is also an excellent ‘refresher’ course for people who have studied with Lynne but who want more training in the essentials, particularly if they aren’t achieving everything they hope for.

Finally, this course offers indispensable preparation for Lynne’s year-long iconic Second Level course, THE POWER OF EIGHT INTENTION MASTERCLASS, which launches in February 2020.

What is the INTENTION ESSENTIALS course?  It’s a 5-week live online course of powerful interactive learning. It consists of FIVE two-hour live and interactive sessions with Lynne on Zoom, including homework, recordings and other downloads.

During each live meeting, you’ll learn new skills and techniques, enjoy opportunities to speak directly to Lynne and other group members, get to practice loads of exercises and techniques, alone and in small groups, and have your most pressing questions answered.

You can participate by computer or phone.

When does it start? The course launches on Saturday, October 3, 2020 and runs every Saturday in October through October 31, 2020.

What happens? Each Saturday in October, you’ll meet with Lynne and the other course members for two hours on Zoom (see times and course outline below).

You’ll leave each week with ‘homework’ – simple exercises and intention experiments you can practice in your daily life until the next session.

You’ll have opportunities on each weekly Zoom meeting to practice techniques in breakout sessions of smaller groups.

You’ll also be able to interact with the entire group of class members through a special Facebook group page.

Suppose I miss a call?  Every weekly Zoom meeting is recorded, and every week you’ll be sent a link to the latest recording.

How about support?  Our team will provide instructions about how to use Zoom, and team members will be on hand to give tech support and help you before and during each meeting.

First Session:  YOUR THOUGHTS: THE SECRET SAUCE OF THE UNIVERSE

October 3, 2020 / 10:00 am PT / 1:00 pm ET / 6:00 pm GMT (2 hours)

This session will ground you in the latest information about why your thoughts are so powerful and life-changing, to you and everyone around you.

Overwhelming scientific evidence demonstrates two incredible truths:  your thoughts are not inside your brain and your thoughts are trespassers, capable of influencing other people and things at every moment.

A sizeable body of research exploring the nature of consciousness, carried on in prestigious scientific institutions around the world, shows that thoughts are capable of affecting everything from the simplest machines to the most complex living beings.

Third Session: SHOUTING LOUDLY: TELL THE UNIVERSE EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT

October 17, 2020 / 10:00 am PT / 1:00 pm ET / 6.00 pm GMT (2 hours)

The biggest mistake people make with their intentions is not being specific enough, says Lynne. On their spiritual journey, they’ve learned that they should allow the universe to make decisions for ‘the best outcome’ and not be too specific when doing their intentions.

In Lynne’s experience, the most successful intenders never leave their health, relationships, finances or life’s purpose to chance or possible misunderstanding.

After working with teams of scientists and thousands of participants in her Power of Eight groups, Lynne has discovered that the best outcomes are achieved when people are highly specific about the result.

She’s also discovered that people are more likely to achieve their goals when they rehearse the outcome – practicing all the steps they need inside their head first, and also when they embody that outcome, even before they’ve achieved it.

In this session you will learn how to:

  • IDENTIFY what it is you really want and send very specific instructions about these dreams to the world.
  • PRACTICE mental rehearsal, just as professional athletes do, to vastly increase the likelihood of your intention manifesting itself.

Practices and homework: This session will include online individual and group training and homework in the skill of being specific in your intentions of all types, the right language to use about your goals in everyday interactions, the best ways to rehearse your intentions in small stages and all the best accoutrements to use in order to practice being that new person.

Fourth Session:  CLEARING YOUR OWN ROADBLOCKS

October 24, 2020 / 10:00am PT / 1:00pm ET / 6.00pm GMT (2 hours)

Many people repeatedly try to use intention in their lives, but just can’t get past that still small voice inside their head that tells them they’re going to fail, or even that intention is all New Age nonsense.  Try as they might, they’re constantly and often unconsciously setting themselves up to fail.

In this session you will learn to:

  • BECOME CONSCIOUS of your own attempts to sabotage your own highest aspirations.
  • IDENTIFY how your own core beliefs about yourself are contributing to your failures and catch yourself before you do.
  • CLEAR OUT this type of psychological baggage with locators to avoid being dragged down by negative thinking.
  • USE life-transforming ‘substitution’ techniques to clear those fears and doubts with positive new intentions that are truly believable.
  • PRACTICE embodying these new beliefs with assured confidence so that you eventually adopt them.
  • WELCOME upsets in your life with the confidence that they present a new opportunity for you.

Practice and homework:

In breakout sessions, online practices, and homework, you will learn to identify when you are unconsciously sending out negative intention and practice simple techniques to clear out your biggest blockages to success.

Fifth Session:  SUPERSIZING YOUR INTENTION POWER IN GROUPS

In this session, you’ll learn the deepest truth of all: the greatest healer you have is a community, and the greatest power you hold manifests in groups.

Lynne will also reveal her discovery that smaller intention groups – of just eight people, or what she calls the Power of Eight® – amplify intention power by removing a sense of separation and placing members of the group in a state of ecstatic union.

And that’s the place where miracles happen – as thousands of her participants have reported.

You’ll also discover one of the least understood aspects of group intention:  that it has a special mirror effect.

This session will train you to use group healing to create closer groups and 'supersize' the healing process and have it rebound to you.
