A member of our community has nominated her father, Joseph Hollacher, aged 72, from Austria, for an Intention of the Week. Here is his story:

‘I am reaching out on behalf of my father, who has Stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to the lymph nodes, spine, hips and soft bone tissues. Currently, he is experiencing significant bone pain while sitting and lying down, as well as recurrent cystitis, which is causing him great distress. It is evident that his condition is deteriorating daily. His right foot has become numb, and he is struggling to move it effectively.

‘Over the years, he has pursued various alternative treatments and has maintained a healthy lifestyle, yet he endured prolonged periods of stress during his career, which initially led to severe intestinal issues. We suspect that this may have been an early sign of his condition.

‘Joseph is dearly loved; he has always been an incredibly kind person, both personally and professionally. His departure from work brought tears to his colleagues' eyes, as he was always immensely supportive of those around him.

‘We would be immensely grateful if you could assist us in setting an intention for him promptly. Bless you, and thank you!’
